PNI focuses on the complete lifecycle of global business transformations - from inception to implementation. As such, we take an ownership stake in any client engagement. In its simplest form, our process consists of three core steps, specifically: (1) identification and diagnostic stage, (2) creation of the transformation roadmap, and (3) implementation across the organization. We believe that to be successful, companies need not only a well-defined recommendation and strategic PowerPoint presentation, but also a tactical, boots on the ground implementation team and/or interim executive leading the transformation to ensure the right levers are implemented. As such, we generally take an interim executive role in driving our client's transformation. Secondly, we leverage highly sophisticated and creative contingency fee arrangements in which a majority of our fee structure is generally based on us ensuring the transformation meets agreed upon KPI's. Simply, we are truly embedded and incentivized to not only identify and create an impactful solution but to also drive lasting change for the company and its shareholders. To that end, in taking an interim executive position we leverage our vast P&L ownership and transformation experience as well as our comprehensive, proprietary toolkit of over 50 trademarked transformation platforms, tools, and frameworks to aid enterprises in significantly increasing profitable growth. Together, this differentiated approach ensures the formation of both actionable insights and timely results. We serve clients at every level of the organization, whether as an interim executive, a trusted advisor to top management, or as a hands-on coach to front line employees.
